Physiotherapy
Veterinary physiotherapists provide specialist treatments for animals and can assist with easing pain, increasing joint range of movement and improving function and strength.
Within the team we have a range of skills, abilities and professional qualifications and will work together for the benefit of our clients.
Our ethos puts the dog at the centre and we include the owner in the
treatment session where possible. We find the dog works better when they
can feel the support and safety of their significant humans within the
therapeutic environment.
We also value canine enrichment and will use treats, toys and positive stimulation to persuade the patient engage with the process.
Some dogs are easier to motivate than others but we will work with your insight and our own experience to get the persuade them and aim to get the job done.
We are experienced handlers and can manage most behaviours but please do alert us to any behaviour problems which we need to factor into our sessions.
